By accessing and using Casting West Africa ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Casting West Africa is a digital platform that connects casting directors with talent in the West African entertainment industry. The Platform allows users to create profiles, post projects, submit applications, and manage casting processes.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account
• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person unless explicitly permitted

4. Casting Directors

• Must verify identity and business credentials
• Cannot post fraudulent or misleading casting calls
• Must comply with local labor laws regarding casting
• Are responsible for evaluating and responding to applications

5. Talent

• Must provide accurate portfolio and experience information
• Should only apply for roles matching their skills
• Must not submit false or misleading applications
• Are responsible for their own career decisions

6. Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Users can cancel at any time. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by Casting West Africa or its users. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us license to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Casting West Africa is not responsible for any disputes, agreements, or transactions between users. We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
