Your casting projects

Create these fields in your Projects table:

Project Name (Single line text)
Project Type (Single select)
Description (Long text)
Status (Single select)

Open positions for each project

Create these fields in your Roles table:

Age Range (Text)

Final Steps

  1. 1 Create all 4 tables in Airtable
  2. 2 Set up the linked fields between tables (Projects→Roles, Roles→Applications, Talent→Applications)
  3. 3 Create a Grid view for each table
  4. 4 Go to Share → "Share to web" and copy the embed code
  5. 5 Paste the embed code in the section above
